Series 7 aired 12 half-hour episodes and 3 highlights specials on CBBC.

In each episode the history of a theme was explored.

Episode 1 aired in June 2017 dedicated to BBC's 'Music Day', episodes 2-10 aired from July to September 2017 and episodes 11-15 were released on DVD in November 2017 before TV broadcast in March and May 2018.
