Over 2022 filming of the tenth and eleventh series of Horrible Histories took place, with more than one thousand pages of script, hundreds of characters and 13 weeks of filming! Series 10 begun in June 2023, with new episodes released to meet certain calendar events, before a weekly release of most of the rest of the series from February and April 2024, on CBBC.
The three highlights special were unique in airing a mix of unaired series 11 sketches and songs, alongside series 10.
